The outer material is made of stainless steel, but feels very plastic. inner material is made from resin. on the 2nd of wearing the ring I’ve already chipped this resin (photo), not sure how as I was being very careful!
Although married for 10 years, I don’t wear a wedding ring, so wearing this feels a bit weird, however it is fairly comfortable.
I’ve paired this with the QRing app. I don’t think the app is very good. the sleep tracking, for me is very poor – when I’m lying in bed it usually counts that as sleeping! also the timings is out by 1hr. ie. I know I woke up at 8:30 but it shows I was still asleep until 9:30.
Im not sure how accurate the heart beat, sp02, and stress monitoring data is, but it does take readings every 30-60mins. I haven’t used the sport monitoring yet, as I bought it primarily for sleep tracking data. in that respect it’s not very good.
